Originally trained as a photographer, I more or less got out of photography when I took up video as Highball Productions in 1988. I bought a point and shoot digital camera for a trip to Australia in 2004, but became frustrated with it while on a birthday trip to Hawaii in 2007, so I bought what my photo-journalist son calls "a big boys camera" and took up photography again. This blog is an effort to share my travels and photography. In January 2014 I sold Highball and retired.
